Bill Payment Services
At our client’s request, Allan-Leigh Estates will pay tax, utility, and other bills at no additional charge if set up initially. If a client requests this level of service at a later time, there may be an administrative fee to establish payment services as needed. Client must pay insurance.
Easy-to-read monthly statements
All financial activity is tracked. We generate reports and include them in the monthly owner statement. Depending on our client’s needs our reports range from simple monthly accounting to a more detailed report that contains year-to-date totals and percentages, which make it easier to prepare taxes and to monitor the cash flow progress throughout the year.

Whether it is changing laws, new ordinances or codes, Allan-Leigh Estates always uses current forms to best protect our clients.

Resident screening
Resident screening is critical to the performance of the property. Each potential Resident must follow our
Lease Policies. Furthermore, we screen every potential Resident before entering into a Lease Agreement with them. We obtain credit information from all three of the major credit reporting agencies, and we contact the applicant’s current and previous landlord as well as their employer.

We manage and reduce the varied risks to the property owner.
Frequent exterior visual inspections
We perform frequent exterior visual inspections and whenever the opportunity arises, we conduct interior inspections.
